Bless the Lord, O my soul;

We believe that God wants to give us wholeness.  That not only includes salvation, joy, peace, and eternal life, but wholeness and well being of health in this life. God wants to bless us, and He does that by giving pearls of wisdom through His word.  We encourage everyone to live healthfully, so that our minds can stay connected to God's voice. 

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2

God has provided for all our needs, and through the study of His word we can discover and see what His orginal dietary plan for us was. This plan not only works to redeem us, but to redeem our health! Praise be to God. Who wants to give life and life abundantly.
